TIP: You will gain a stronger lip line by first diminishing any discoloration around the lips. Blend a tiny amount of concealer along the border of the lips tracing along the outside lip line and blending back up into the foundation. This technique also helps to prevent color "bleeding" into fine lines. The faintest dusting of translucent powder sets the lip stick. Make lip color long-lasting by layering. Then, apply lip color or gloss. To Apply, start with a lip brush for a more precise application. Start in the center of the lip and spread the color out evenly from there.
