BUT FIRST, WHY USE HAIR MOISTURIZERS?

Think of it this way: Every living thing needs water. Our pets, our plants, and our bodies must consume water daily to stay healthy and hydrated. But just drinking water is not enough to provide all the hydration our body needs–your hair is no exception.

Our hair, our nails, our skin, all need daily hydration. There are many treatments that focus on maintaining their specific health. But the purpose of this post is to focus on the health and hydration of your hair.

This includes moisturizing and revitalizing the strands, giving them more strength and resistance and making them less susceptible to breaking, splitting and damage from external agents such as sun, wind, and pollution.

Therefore, moisturizing hair regularly is an excellent way to combat problems such as the formation of split ends and excess frizz. It will help keep your strands from getting dry and will provide added shine and softness to your hair.

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOUR HAIR NEEDS TO BE MOISTURIZED?

It’s pretty obvious when something’s not right with your hair. If your hair is dull, flat, dry in appearance or is brittle to the touch and breaks easily, or if you find the ends of your hair are frayed or if your hair falls out en masse when you brush it, chances are, your hair is sending clear signals that it needs some moisturizing – STAT!

HAIR MOISTURIZERS: HOW TO MAKE THEM

You no longer need to go to a salon or the beauty supply store, or spend a small fortune to keep your hair moisturized. You can do it yourself in the comfort of your home using natural ingredients. And the results are just as great –if not better than a temporary treatment from a salon.

In addition, these recipes are very simple, and they work miracles, guaranteeing you more beautiful and healthier hair. Let’s learn some recipes for your next hydration session.
